Our Finnish grandparents brewed mushrooms when they couldn't get coffee. Turns out those mushrooms—Chaga—are a powerful, immune-supporting Four Sigmatic food, which gave us an idea. Our instant coffee, in particular, is an innovation. We carefully roast and brew shade-grown, organic, Colombian coffee beans, concentrate the coffee by evaporation, and finish it off by spray-drying it into a pure, delectable, instant powder. Our Finnish roots mean we take coffee very seriously, which is why we also 3rd party lab test each batch for the utmost quality, ensuring each serving will deliver 50mg of caffeine (about half of a regular cup of coffee).
